Billing
It is our policy to submit an invoice, either mailed or through Paypal (a valid email address is required) at the start of each month. Payments are due 15 days from the original invoice date. Invoices open past 30 days will be subject to a $35 late fee and possible service interruption without notice. We also accept cash or check at time of service.

Initial Home Cleanings
Our thorough cleaning process includes all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:
- Clean all wall hangings
- Remove books and clean bookshelves
- Wet-wash baseboards and door facings
- Clean window sills
- Clean light fixtures
- Clean outside of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
- Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture if accessible
After your initial cleaning we will maintain the following on an as need basis:
- Clean all wall hangings
- Clean doors
- Clean baseboards
- Clean tile
- Clean cabinet facings
Maintenance House Cleanings
- Whole house
- Dusting
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum all carpets
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Wipe window sills
- Clean glass doors
- Clean prints on windows and doors
- Wash floors
- Vacuuming upholstered furniture including removing and vacuuming under couch cushions
- Empty garbage, wash trash can if needed and reline with a new garbage bag
In the Bathrooms
- Clean/sanitize sinks
- Wipe down cabinet facings
- Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet
- Clean mirrors
- Shake out or vacuum area rugs
- Wash floors
In The Kitchen
- Clean all counter tops
- Clean outside and inside microwave
- Wipe down cabinet facings
- Clean all appliances outside
- Polish stainless steel appliances

- Change sheets and make beds (if sheets are left out on the beds to be changed)

What To Expect And How To Prepare
First Time
On our first visit we will do an initial home cleaning. Because these cleanings are generally tougher and take far longer than a routine or "maintenance" cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first home cleaning. After the initial visit we will work with you to create a regular maintenance cleaning time that is convenient to your schedule.
For our weekly and bi-weekly clients, we will schedule cleaning services that will allow you and your family a day you can depend on for your cleaning. You will have the same day of the week for every cleaning. For example, every other Thursday. For once a month cleanings, we will make every effort to schedule your cleaning around the same day each month. For example, the first Friday of each month.
What to do before the house cleaners arrive:
The best way to prepare for your cleaning is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. "It's best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame
General Policies
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for safety issues. Workers do not discuss rates on the job, speak to management regarding rates. Upon arrival at the home we reserve the right to increase the rates if we were misinformed by the client regarding the size of the home or amount of pets. Clutter must be picked up before cleaning crew arrives - toys, clothing, etc. OR an additional fee will be charged.
